Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
Damages: Simply Blessed Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
