At Simply Blessed Kids, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We understand that when you order from us, you expect prompt and reliable service. Below you'll find our comprehensive Shipping and Returns Policy, designed to answer any questions you may have and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Shipping:

  • $5 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
  • Next Day Shipping for $37
  • 2 Day Shipping for $17
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky (Choose option at checkout.)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Simply Blessed Kids ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please be aware that shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive.

International Shipping: Currently, Simply Blessed Kids does not ship outside the U.S. However, we are working on expanding our services, so please check back with us in the future for updates on international shipping options.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.

Damages: Simply Blessed Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns: 
  • Visit our return portal HERE
  • Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
  • Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: any items with personalization, accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Simply Blessed Kids. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible and straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at hello@simplyblessedkids.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at hello@simplyblessedkids.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
